This End-User License Agreement ( EULA) is a legal agreement between You and Bakuryu MMORPG for the use of the Bakuryu MMORPG software product (the "Software").

EULA) es un acuerdo legal entre Usted y Bakuryu MMORPG para el uso del producto de software Bakuryu MMORPG (el "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the Software.

Al instalar, copiar o utilizar de cualquier otra forma el Software, Usted acepta estar sujeto a los términos de este EULA. Si no está de acuerdo con los términos de este EULA, no instale, copie ni utilice el Software.

License Grant

Bakuryu MMORPG grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Software solely for Your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

Bakuryu MMORPG le otorga una licencia revocable, no exclusiva, no transferible y limitada para descargar, instalar y usar el Software únicamente para Sus fines personales y no comerciales, estrictamente de acuerdo con los términos de este EULA.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and You will not permit others to:

Usted acepta no, y no permitirá que otros:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Modificar, adaptar, traducir, aplicar ingeniería inversa, descompilar, desensamblar o crear obras derivadas basadas en el Software.
• Rent, lease, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights in or to the Software.
• Alquilar, arrendar, vender, ceder o transferir de cualquier otra forma los derechos sobre el Software.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
• Eliminar cualquier aviso o etiqueta de propiedad en el Software.
• Use the Software for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA.
• Utilizar el Software para cualquier propósito que sea ilegal o prohibido por este EULA.

Intellectual Property

The Software and all intellectual property rights associated therewith are the exclusive property of Bakuryu MMORPG. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

El Software y todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual asociados con el mismo son propiedad exclusiva de Bakuryu MMORPG. El Software está protegido por las leyes de derechos de autor y los tratados internacionales de derechos de autor, así como por otras leyes y tratados de propiedad intelectual.

Termination

Terminación

This EULA is effective until terminated by You or Bakuryu MMORPG. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Bakuryu MMORPG if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

Este EULA es efectivo hasta que Usted o Bakuryu MMORPG lo rescindan. Sus derechos bajo este EULA terminarán automáticamente sin previo aviso de Bakuryu MMORPG si Usted no cumple con alguno de los términos de este EULA.

Upon termination of this EULA, You shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

Tras la terminación de este EULA, Usted deberá cesar todo uso del Software y destruir todas las copias, totales o parciales, del Software.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall Bakuryu MMORPG be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

El Software se proporciona "TAL CUAL" sin garantía de ningún tipo, expresa o implícita, incluidas, entre otras, las garantías de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular y no infracción. En ningún caso Bakuryu MMORPG será responsable de ninguna reclamación, daños u otra responsabilidad, ya sea en una acción de contrato, agravio o de otro tipo, que surja de, de o en conexión con el Software o el uso u otras transacciones en el Software.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Este EULA se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de Argentina, sin tener en cuenta sus principios de conflicto de leyes.

Entire Agreement

Acuerdo Completo

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and Bakuryu MMORPG concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this EULA.

Este EULA constituye el acuerdo completo entre Usted y Bakuryu MMORPG con respecto al Software y reemplaza todas las comunicaciones, propuestas y representaciones orales o escritas anteriores o contemporáneas con respecto al Software o cualquier otro tema cubierto por este EULA.
